Like every year, the party-week of the A1 Beachvolleyball Grand Slam starts on Thursday in the "Fabrik" in Pörtschach. The legendary "Stars & Player Party" represents an amazing atmosphere including good music, dancing and fun at a very unique location.

On Friday no official side event takes place.

Casino Club Night presents "In Bed with Space"

Start: 9 p.m.

Casino Velden

Experience the flair of Ibiza on the shores of lake Wörthersee: for the first time and for one night only the legendary "In Bed with Space"-tour comes to the "Casineum am See" at Velden. The smoothest DJs from the party island guarantee an unforgettable night. Trumpetman Gordon Edge, DJ KidChris and vocalist Terri B. will heat up the crowd with their distinctive sounds and hot rhythms.

Saturday, August 1^st, 2009 - Ö3 Pörtschach Night presented by Checkfelix

The whole village is turned upside down, when the Ö3 Pörtschach Night presented by Checkfelix commences. Several locations are hosting the event, with the "Monte-Carlo-Platz" with the Ö3-stage at the heart of the gathering.

The main-act, the Austrian newcomer-band "PBH-club", as well as Ö3-DJ's and Ö3-presenters guarantee for a fantastic atmosphere.

Saturday Night Fever

Casino Velden

Saturday evening brings yet another high class VIP-event to the casino. DJ Mauri Q. presents the greatest hits from the 80s until now at the "Saturday Night Fever". Those who prefer to relax in the chill- out area will be entertained by DJ Barry Bahia's finest lounge tunes.

Sunday, August 2^nd, 2009 - DocLX Champions Night

Fabrik Saag

The Champions Night will take place the day of the Beach Volleyball finals in the legendary "Fabrik" in Saag.

This event will culminate a weekend full of parties and fun having players, VIP's and fans celebrating together the entire night for the last time of the year.
