There will only be access to the event venue with a valid ticket. The price of the tickets depends on the day, session and kind of ticket. More information available on wien-ticket.at.

Tickets for our Infield go on sale Wednesday, May 18, at 12 noon, tickets for the stand will go on sale mid june. Tickets will only be sold via our ticket partner wien-ticket.at. On the website you have the chance to choose and order your ticket from our different categories. This year tickets will only be available as print@home tickets.

Visitors can choose between stand- and infield-tickets. The Infield is directly at the court, with free choice of seats. The stands are provided with a roof and offer allocated seating. Prices vary and can be found via wien-ticket.at.

From Tuesday to Saturday we offer tickets for our Day- and Night-Sessions. On Sunday there will be only one Final-Session.

Yes! Children born in 2019 and younger can visit the Red Bull Beach Arena with their parents for free (lap seat). They do not need an extra ticket and can enter the venue with a grown up holding a valid ticket. Youths up to the age of 14 receive a 50% discount. Children are only allowed on the venue when accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair users including an accompanying person also receive a 50% discount each.

Yes. There will be assigned seating on the tribune and a free choice of seats in the infield area. 

Yes, for tickets on the stands you can choose your seat while you are buying the ticket, for the spots in the infield there will be free choice of seats at the event.

No, the stands are covered but not closed.

In terms of possible contact tracing, at least the collection of the ticket purchaser's identity is currently required. The ticket purchaser is responsible for collecting the identities (name and contact data, i.e. address and telephone number or e-mail) of the group members in the event of an incident.

No, unfortunately, we cannot refund the purchase price of tickets in case of non-compliance with the COVID-19-rules as well as in the case of acute illness.

Just as last year, there will be Day- and Night Sessions for every day from Tuesday to Saturday, while on Sunday there will be only one final session. Tickets are only valid for the session indicated on the ticket. From Tuesday to Thursday, day sessions start at 9:00 a.m., night sessions at 2:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, our day session will start at 10:00 a.m., night sessions at 4:30 p.m. On Sunday, the final session is set to start at 1:00 p.m.

Yes, there will be a cloakroom for big bags, tumblers (only 0.5 PET without cap allowed on the venue), etc. Any bag bigger than A4 needs to be stored away. Items are welcome to be stored in space provided by ACTS for free. No liability is being accepted for the wardrobe.

It is allowed to bring 0.5 liter pet bottles without cap on the premises. Larger units and bottles made of any other material must be handed in at the entrance.
